Zandberg to Maccabi TA next season?

Maccabi Tel Aviv is already thinking about next season. Alex Shneider’s team has a disappointing season and will probably release a high number of players during next summer. Maccabi would have a number of successors in mind. One of the names mentioned is Beitar Jerusalem’s left midfielder Michael Zandberg. According to a number of media, the former international and Maccabi already reached an agreement. It is yet unclear if negotiations already started between Beitar Jerusalem and Maccabi Tel Aviv. Michael Zandberg (28) played 17 games with Beitar this season, scoring 2 goals and distributing 2 assists. Another player on Maccabi’s list is Hapoel Petach Tikva’s 22-year striker Shimon Abuhatzira who scored 10 goals this season.
